Buffalo Distilling Co was re-incarnated in 2012 by a trio that decided to bring the country to the city by opening a distillery that makes its products completely from scratch using ingredients from area farmers. Its flagship liquor label, “One Foot Cock” refers to the folklore of a one footed rooster weathervane… ask them about it when you drop in for a peck.
